      Ground lamb, cooked over our wood fire with crushed garlic, parsley, red peppers, chili peppers, and black peppers. After cooking, it is wrapped inside a tandoor pita and cut into bite-size pieces, then dressed in our special sauce. Garnished with yoghurt, tomatoes, and green peppers.
