Stuffed bread. Turnovers filled with scallions, stuffed with mashed potatoes, green onion and chives. Boolani is served with fresh naan (fresh bread), yogurt sauce containing mint, garlic, salt and spicy chutney sauce.
Baked eggplant roasted sauteed and simmered in a lightly spiced tomato-based sauce, served on a Fresh Afghan Naan (fresh bread) backed in our restaurant’s Tandoor (oven), bed of yogurt garlic sauce and sprinkled with dried mint. Add Pallow (rice) for an additional charge.
Spinach. A melange of chopped spinach, cilantro, parsley and scallions, cooked with onion and traditional Afghan spice mix. Add naan (fresh bread) or Pallow (rice) for an additional charge.

Cauliflower in Afghan style. A skillet onion is heated with vegetable oil over medium-low heat and cook until softened and dark brown, stir in the fresh tomato or tomato paste, tomato, ginger, garlic and fresh parsley, fresh cilantro and bell pepper base sauce, and until no lumps remain. The cauliflower mix with carrots are added and sprinkle with turmeric, salt, and pepper. Pour in the water and bring to a boil over high heat. Then the heat reduced to medium-low, and simmer until the cauliflower mix is very tender and the sauce has thickened slightly. It seasoned to taste with salt and pepper again before serving. Add naan (fresh bread) or Pallow (rice) for an additional charge.
