All bowls are made with gluten free ingredients. They are prepared to be heated at your convenience. We recommend removing lids and ramekins, and microwaving each bowl for 2-4 minutes. Bowls are made fresh each day - we recommend eating them within 1-2 days, they do lose their umph the longer they go uneaten. We would rather deliver to you more often to ensure freshness, than have you hold bowls for days until consumption. For family pan orders, please allow 1/2 a day for us to prepare it for you!
