5-7 lbs. Naturally raised with no artificial ingredients, no preservatives, no added steroids, and no hormones. Cooked in our old fashion pit using post oak wood burning clean smoke and perfect heat. We smoke it, pull it, separate the fat from the natural juice, bag it, put the natural juice back into the meat and vacuum seal it. The most delicious, moist and tender pork you will find.

5-6 lbs. Our sausage is Aged Black Oak mildly smoked sausage made from all-natural pork and beef.

Un-cut full rack. Premium St. Louis style pork ribs, all-natural, with no artificial ingredients. Cooked in our old fashion pit using post oak wood burning clean smoke and perfect heat. We smoke the ribs and then baste them with our signature sauce giving them a sweet candy taste. They are delicious.

Feed 18-20 people. Includes prime brisket (4-5 lbs. ), pulled pork (4-5 lbs.), aged sausage (3-4 lbs. ), 2 whole racks of St. Louis Style ribs, potato salad (1 qt.), coleslaw (1 qt.), cowboy beans (1 qt.), mac & cheese (1 qt.). With onions, pickles, barbeque sauce, plasticware and plates.

Fresh chopped cabbage and thin sliced carrots with a creamy sweet and tangy homemade dressing.
