Daily made fufu and eru. Freshly cooked green eru with your choice of skin cow, tripe, beef, dried fish or smoked turkey, spiced according to your taste palette. Your eru is accompanied with on the spot made fufu to round your dinner.

A vegetable stew made from bitter leaves mixed with spinach and cooked with freshly ground peanuts, your choice of meat or shrimps and spiced with crayfish, garlic. Ndole is served with boiled or roasted plantains.
