Shipley Do-nuts

A yeast donut is fluffier than the cake donut. In the cooking process, the donut rises becoming lighter with a slight crisp outside.

Unlike the traditional yeast donut, these are cut out and don't rise, which gives them a heavier feel that is more cake-like in texture than a yeast donut.

Kolache is made using earl campbell meat products. Larger than the average kolache, it is filled with earl's famous sausage links, wrapped in melted cheese, and warm dough.
