We offer bagels from local baker Rockstar Bagel. We offer Everything, Cinnamon Raisin, and Plain bagels. Our cream cheese options are veggie, plain, and strawberry. Recommendations: Everything Bagel with veggie cream cheese, and cinnamon raisin bagel with strawberry cream cheese. The Plain bagel is delicious with all cream cheese options.

This is Paul's favorite smoothie. Strawberries, Beets, Banana, Cranberry Juice and Mint. It is sweet, tart, minty and earthy. It is made of fruit, veggies, protein powder and some juice. It is a great way start your day or as a healthy snack. We use whey protein but the smoothie can be made without it if you would like. Please specify in the comments.
