Curb Side Casseroles
This traditional sausage and egg casserole bakes up like a beautiful souffle and has been a standard on Southern breakfast tables for decades. Pair it with a little side of our cheese grits and you'll have every rooster in your house crowing!

Same delicious recipe as our regular chicken spaghetti, just "spiced" up a bit with rotel tomatoes.

Beyond your traditional meatloaf! We add lean ground beef or ground turkey to all the time-honored ingredients but make it special with thyme from penzey's. And remember meatloaf "screams" for pyramid potatoes and yeast rolls!
We marinate lean pork tenderloins for 24 hours and then finish them in the oven. We suggest keeping 1 in the freezer for those nights when you're just too busy...but want something healthy on your table.

Our version is very mild. Much more like a "tetrazzini". We use thin spaghetti noodles, tender white meat chicken, a white cream sauce and finish it with shredded cheddar cheese. Kids love it!

One of our favorite "South of the border inspired" dishes. We layer corn tortillas, tender white meat chicken and a cream sauce that gets it's kick from rotel tomatoes, sauteed peppers and onions and finished with monterrey jack and cheddar cheese. Ole'!
One seasoned black beans and a creamy spinach mixture rolled into flour tortillas and topped off with cheddar cheese. Our favorite vegetarian dish.
A flavorful blend of ground beef, sausage and Louisiana~style dirty rice stuffed inside red, yellow or orange bell peppers. Great served with our salad and garlic French bread.
