Nothing goes with bratwurst like kraut and nothing goes with brats & kraut like beer. The best way to get them all at once. This sandwich. juicy bratwurst, topped with sauerkraut cooked in our citraass down pale ale, served on a fresh semmel roll and served with a dill pickle and potato chips. Citraass down a little longer and pair it with a pint.
As it turns out, our q platter is on quite a roll. Literally. Our famous smoked pulled pork on a toasty ciabatta roll. Sided by our homemade slaw & a dish of house sauce. Make it a picnic at the bar with an indulgence white ipa.
