Sample Dinners - Entrees

Each guest chooses their entree. Complementary red and white wine through out your dinner and after dinner cordials including all mamma's homemade liquors.
- Arrosto Di Carne Mista
  
  Chicken, lamb, pork, and sausage roasted in the oven.
- Pollo Al'abruzese
  
  Chicken breast sauteed with peppers, onions, parsley, and white wine.
- Cosata Di Vitello Alla Pizzaiola
  
  Veal chop sauteed with fresh tomatoes, garlic, oregano, and white wine.
- Filet Con Fungi
  
  Filet mignon grilled and topped with shitake mushrooms.
- Flounder Alla Fiorentina
  
  Flounder stuffed with spinage, topped with mozzarella, sauteed in a cream sauce.
- Salmone Alla Livornese
  
  Salmon sauteed with fresh tomatoes, onions, black olives, and white wine.
- Pesce Spada Alla Francese
  
  Swordfish dipped in a delicate egg batter then sauteed in a fresh lemon sauce.
- Pesce Grilliato
  
  Langoustine, jumbo shrimp and calamari grilled with olive oil and fresh lemon.
- Contorni
  
  String beans and potatoes sauteed with garlic and olive oil, italian mixed salad tossed with red wine vinaigrette.
- Dolce
  
  A selection of homemade desserts displayed on our lovely cart.
- Cafe
  
  Cappuccino, espresso, coffee, or tea all also available in decaffeinated, unlimited .

  String beans and potatoes sauteed with garlic and olive oil.
- Dolce
  
  Homemade amaretto cake.

  Coffee or tea all also available in decaffeinated.
