Our housemade Clam Chowder has 6lbs. of clams and 2lbs of bacon to go with 7lbs. of square cut potatoes and 1 1/2 lbs. of butter and 3lbs. of caramlized onions and celery for every 5 gallons made. It takes 4-5 hours to make from scratch and will arguably be the finest you will ever eat.
