we use only white jumpo shrimp from the gulf of mexico, which produces the firmest and sweetest shrimp in the world. at papa's, we prepare, hand butterfly and bread all of our shrimp.

using only gulf of mexico jumbo white shrimp, we hand butterfly our shrimp just before sautéing in a garlic butter and herb blend.

a combination that can't be beat! we take a smaller portion of our fresh haddock, scallops and shrimp and broil them together in our own garlic butter sauce.
