This is our basic sourdough naturally leavened organic bread. It has a crusty crust and soft crumb. It is made with locally-sourced, whole multi grain (Glenn and Warthog wheats, Oberkijlmer Spelt, Einkorn and Danko Rye). Great for toast, sandwiches, chili, soups and other hearty meals.
This is our classic artisan marbled rye, made in the same manner as our Rustic Sourdough. The ultimate sandwich bread for cold cuts.
This bread is our Rustic Sourdough with Sunflower, Flax Sesame and Poppy seeds added to the dough. An all-purpose bread.
This is our Rustic Sourdough with honey and porridge added to the dough and oats on the bread. A prefect (not too sweet) combination. Great with a soups and salads, butter and spreads, French Toast and general applications.
