  they are actually chicken wings we have formed to look like drumsticks. They are lightly battered, deep fried and served with a light dipping sauce

  a generous portion of tofu, cut into strips, deep fried for a couple of seconds and then sauteed with garlic and lemon grass. Served with fresh cilantro and chive sprinkled on top. Even people who donot like tofu love this appetizer

  Our pho is the best in this region. The broth is beef based, simmered for 16 hours with spices and herbs such anise and coriander. Our broth has little to no fat.
