Burgers and Sandwiches

All burgers and sandwiches are served on a brioche (never toasted) with house special relish mayo spread, salad greens, tomatoes and pickles. Our burgers are always done "medium well to well done". We don't cook "rare or medium rare" burgers. We don't use lettuce, but instead, we use salad greens, which we feel adds to the earthiness. The burger patty is about 6 oz. (almost 1/2 lbs.) of "certified Angus beef".
