serves four; saute above ingredients until light brown, add: 3 tablespoons wine vinegar, salt and pepper to taste, 1 tablespoon capers, 1 32oz can imported tomatoes, cook together for 35 minutes, add: 1 lb. monk fish chunks, 1 lb. filet of Florida grouper chunks, 1 lb. fresh sword fish chunks, 8 top neck clams, 8 shrimps, 8 large mussels (cleaned), cook about 15 minutes and serve with polenta (corn meal)
