BITEME Cheesecakes

this is the "chuck taylors" of cheesecakes. it has all the flavors or granny's cheesecake, but with a flip. the crust and of course the size. this is the evolution of cheesecakes.

historically cheesecakes are usually topped with macerated strawberries (strawberries sweetened with sugar) or cherries. we took the same approach but. added the tanginess of balsamic vinegar and sauvignon blanc. then we cooked it down to a jam.

our classic cake drizzled with creamy dulce de leche. crunchy roasted pecans and layered with just a touch of chocolate. tasting the layers of this cake will have your mouth going completely nuts.

the best way to describe this is "bitter sweet" it's our signature crust and filling topped with a limoncello curd, which is encased in a toasted meringue. this is the closest thing to crack.. in short, it's addictive.

this topping was created due to some of my teams dislike for merlot. i guess you can look at this as turning lemons into lemonade. merlot is reduced down to a syrup with blueberries and other seasonal fruit and spices.

a chocolate cheesecake with a twice baked chocolate cookie crust. silky soft on the inside yet extra crispy on the outside. the perfect cocoa combination that'll have you lusting for more.

we took a southern classic pie and adapt it to our arsenal of flavors. it starts off with a creamy sweet potato filling topped with a rum caramel and crumbled toffee. the crust is a slightly spicy ginger cookie, when the fall seasoned, so does the crunch.

savory peaches seasoned with nutmeg and spices. topped with our special delicious crumb. this cheesecakes will remind you of granny's cobbler
