A Four & Twenty Blackbirds classic and our most popular pie... We combine our hand made caramel sauce with a blend of sweet and tart apples sourced from the Hudson Valley of NY. We add a spice blend that includes Angosturra bitters and finish with a light sprinkle of salt on the top to create a perfectly balanced apple pie.
