Our Hill City Blend is a customer favorite. This coffee is a beautifully balanced medium roast that displays notes of pear, grapefruit zest and honey sweetness. It works great with any brewing method, though pour overs are a personal favorite.

Our El Jefe Blend is a customer favorite. A dark roast that displays creamy milk chocolate, molasses, and sweet almond. It works great with most brewing methods but we like it best in a French Press or in an AeroPress.

This decaffeinated option is a beautiful example of how a single-origin coffee can shine through the decaffeination process. This Example from El Salvador shows lovely notes of dates and other dried fruits, cinnamon and a bright tingly citrus acidity on the finish. Versatile with any brew method, but filtered is recommended.
