Sandwiches and Wraps

All sandwiches and burgers come on a choice of 7-grain or multi-grain rye bread or whole wheat or rye wrap with lettuce, shredded carrots, low-fat canola mayonnaise or whole grain mustard. Add tomatoes, sprouts, onions, hummus, cheese (American, Swiss, provolone, cheddar, Monterey jack, muenster, or soy cheese) for an additional charge.

  Home-made, wheat-free, made with brown rice, barley, oats, sunflower seeds and lentils and is flavored with carrots, onions, eggs and spices.

  Made with mushrooms, onions, rolled oats, brown rice, egg whites, low-fat mozzarella, bulgur wheat, and seasonings.

  Made only with ground turkey meat.
