Lathered in our secret rub and smoked for 2 hours until meat is falling off the bone.
Again, lathered with that same secret rub and smoked for 3 hours. It's only good when the meat can't stay on the bone anymore.
This meat is meticulously cooked for 12 to 16 hours. Coated with exotic spices (salt and pepper) and occasionally sprayed with apple cider vinegar, this brisket is why you will always come back.
Cooked overnight for 12 hours and then
Marinated in our famous BBQ sauce and hot sauces for 24 hours. After that, we smoke them for a little over 1 hour
