You can't go wrong when you start each order with a fresh tortilla! we make the dough for our tortillas right here in the restaurant. then we prepare your tortilla at the time of your order, right before your eyes, in our special tortilla press. we fill the tortilla just as you like, using quality ingredients such as marinated and grilled steak, chili-tamarind chicken, cilantro - lime rice, freshly made guacamole, and hot tomatillo salsa.
