Tuesday's are our #RespectThePig Day! Every Tuesday, we offer our Pulled Pork Sandwich and Fresh Cut Fries for $9.99. If you don't know a ton about our Pork Sandwich it is a Michigan Pork Shoulder smoked overnight on our all wood smoker, topped with our housemade coleslaw and served on our Detroit Made Hawaiian Style Bun. It's served with Fresh Cut Fries, Corncake and Pickled Vegetables.
The Saddleback Brisket Sandwich. Smoked "CAB" Brisket sliced and stacked on a Detroit made Hawaiian Bun topped with our Southern inspired Slaw. Served with a scoop of Corn Cake & Housemade Pickles. (Mac & Cheese sold separately)

Our pulled Chicken is made from our smoked chicken quarters which include the thigh and leg of the bird. We tightly wrap the skin around the quarter creating a jacket to keep the moisture in the meat. This part of the chicken contains a bit more fat but also contains a lot more flavor. Our Chips and French Onion Dip is a homemade recipe, when we opened the restaurant we knew we had to have a French Onion dip to pay homage to Quality Dairy!
A traditional creamy mayonnaise-based coleslaw. This coleslaw is meant to stand up to the bold flavors of our smoked pulled pork, brisket, and chicken to pair perfectly with sliders or sandwiches!
Saddleback Collard Greens.
Corn Cake. Cross between Cornbread and Bread Pudding. All of our trays are garnished with a scoop of Corn Cake. Jalapenos are in the mix but they are only there for flavor. Don’t be worried, they don’t really add any spice to it.
Saddleback's Deviled Eggs start with hard boiled eggs, we split the eggs in half and remove the yolk. The yolk is saved to use in the filling along with (Michigan Mustard, Spicy Vinegar, pork rub, and mayo). We top the eggs with homemade candied bacon made with smoked pork belly. If you've never had a chance to try deviled eggs I highly recommend them, they're shockingly delicious!
