Creole in tomato-braised sauce with herbs and vegetables. Sauteed in the sauce are green peppers, onions, celery, garlic, basil, oregano, thyme and our secret blend of seasonings. You decide the meat or make it vegetarian.
An Ettouffe is a rich brown sauce that is seasoned with herbs and vegetables. The trick is to make a dark roux correctly and we do take our time with this. This is mixed with crawfish tails and vegetables, put in a crispbread bowl so you have lots to dip. You will not be surprised on how delicious this is GUARANTEED!!
This rice dish is mixed herbs, green peppers, onions, celery, whole peeled tomatoes and our fantastic seasonings. This is mixed chunks of boneless chicken and Andouille sausage.
This soon to be famous steak is from the tenderloin and is as juicy and tender to boot. Marinated in a Southern pepper marinade for 48 hours and cooked to order. Rare to well, you decide but don't ask for ketchup or steak sauce, you wont get any!!! 2 sides included.
