Kids Painting Parties

Kids painting parties! It’s new, it’s unique and it’s fun! Our kids parties range in age from 8 years old up until age 20. The minimum cost is $300.00. This will give you the entire space and painting for up to 12 guests. There is a $25 charge per person over the 12 guest minimum (20 person maximum). Parties are instructor led, last approximately 2 hours and include all materials for each child to paint and bring home a completed painting. You can choose from any of our children`s paintings
- Weekend parties can be booked on Saturdays at 10am or 2pm and Sundays at 10am, based on availability

- Painting charge is $25 per child, with a 12 child ($300) minimum

  include all materials and instruction needed for each attendee to complete one painting. Events run for 2 hours and are staffed with an artist/instructor and a greeter/bartender
- Choose the painting from our gallery for your event. Our artist will walk your group through the painting with easy to follow step by step instructions
- Choose an “open paint” party where everyone paints from their own imagination
  
  We provide the materials and an instructor to assist with ideas, questions and techniques

Private Parties Details
- Daytime private parties and parties on an “off” night
  
  (Sunday, Monday or Tuesday night) The minimum cost is $450.00. This will give you the entire space and painting for up to 15 guests. There is a $30 charge per person over the 15 guest minimum
- Night time private parties on a regularly scheduled evening
  
  (Wednesday through Saturday night) the cost is $900.00. This will give you the entire space and painting for up to 30 people. There will be an additional charge of $30 per person over the 30 person minimum
- Food and Drink
  
  All food and drink will be supplied by palettes at an additional charge, please call us to discuss your needs. Private party times are flexible but generally get booked quickly, so please reserve in advance if possible

Fundraisers

Palettes would be honored to host your fundraiser! Here are the details for your reference:
- Palettes requires the Host to place a deposit of $225
- Minimum of 25 registered guests to run the event. $35 per guest, 25 guest minimum: $875 total package
- The Host is required to register for and attend the Fundraising Event
- The Host is responsible for all marketing and advertising to insure the minimum of 25 guests register for the event
  
  Palettes is not responsible for securing the minimum number of registrants
- Registrants pay $35 per person to attend the event using a direct link the the event registration online
- Palettes will refund the Host the entire deposit amount after the 25 person minimum registration is met
- Palettes can host your fundraiser on the following days:
  
  Sunday, Monday or Tuesday nights. Monday through Sunday during the daytime. Based on availability
- Cash bar
- 20% of proceeds from reservations go directly to charity
- Must meet minimum registrants 2 weeks before event date or event is cancelled
  
  If the event does not meet the required 25 guest minimum by this time 50% of the Host’s deposit will become a Palettes account credit good towards any future registrations or events. The other 50% will be refunded to the Host’s credit card

Family Paint

at palettes we believe family is important and we look forward to the opportunity to create family friendly programming for you to enjoy! sunday afternoons at 1:30 “family paint”!
- Family Paint Is Not A Drop Off Event
  
  but is offered as a time for kids, moms, dads, grandparents, nieces, nephews, friends, and neighbors to create art together bring the family down on sunday afternoons and join us at palettes to eat. drink. paint
- Here’s How It Works
  
  on sunday afternoon arrive around 1:30pm and get settled in, painting begins around 2pm and lasts for 1.5 hours to 2 hours. our friendly resident artists will walk you through step-by-step how to create a fun painting using non-toxic acrylic paints (be sure to wear something you don’t mind getting paint on, the paints are non toxic but they will stain your clothing)
- No Experience Or Talent Necessary - Really
  
  painting complete and paint dry by 4pm. you leave with a completed painting on canvas - proud and happy!
- $25 Per Person $10 For Each Additional Canvas
- While You Paint We Offer A Selection Of Healthy Nibbles And Snacks As Well As Cookies, Cupcakes, Toffee And Caramels
  
  coffees, teas, milk & juice boxes, soft drinks, house-infused water, wine and beer are also available. all food and drink are an additional cost
