Butcher Shop

All of our beef is hand selected & naturally aged over 35 days to provide full flavor & tenderness. We wood-grill then broil the meat 1700 degrees. All meat is brushed with the metropolitan's own herb butter. Cuts are available with the met hand crushed 5-pepper blend. Choose a sauce: met steak sauce, bearnaise, pepper jam, red chimichurri, horseradish sauce, freshly grated horseradish.
