- At an early age, Joe, Paul and Tony Piro
  
  worked at their grandparent's bakery in Lawrence, MA, artfully learning classic baking techniques allowing them to become skilled in the disappearing craft of genuine baking.
- In 1985, the Piro brothers opened Piro's Bakery and Pizzeria in Methuen, MA.
  
  They take pride in their family heritage and fill their display cases as many would fill a photo-album, remembering their ancestors by preparing timeless, family recipes to share with their customers.
- As third-generation bakers, they have grown within the industry, allowing them to offer a variety of old and new products, blending traditional classics with contemporary favorites.
  
  High-quality, fresh baked foods are served daily to local patrons and delivered to numerous businesses throughout New England and other parts of the world.

We custom make cakes for all occasions! Sizes: 8" (Feeds 10-12), 10" (Feeds 15-18), 1/4 Sheet (Feeds 25-30), 1/2 Sheet (Feeds 35-60), Full Sheet (Feeds 65-100). Fillings: Fresh Strawberries, any type of fruit filling, chocolate or vanilla pudding. Frostings: Regular (sugar), whip cream, chocolate, fudge, or buttercream.   Vanilla cake soaked in pineapple juice with fresh strawberries, strawberry filling, and whip cream all whipped together in the center. Topped off with whip cream and fresh strawberries
