Each of our big gourmet tacos starts with an 8-inch tortilla, grilled with olive oil and seasoned with our secret sauce and spices. It's then topped with one of our premium smoked meats or seafood, plus your choice of fresh chopped tomatoes or pico de gallo and our super fresh salad mix. Choose from our toppings. Dress it your way.

  Pork shoulder smoked in-house with a sweet 'n' spicy brown sugar glaze until it's moist and crispy-tender, then carefully trimmed and hand-pulled.
- Signature Fresh Fish Taco $6.95
  
  Premium fresh Louisiana gulf yellowfin tuna, smoked in-house with our soy-ginger glaze.

Burritos

Delicious, rich beef brisket, hand-trimmed and slow-roasted in spicy chipotle-adobo sauce until it falls apart, then wrapped in a large 12-inch flour tortilla with refried beans and real shredded cheddar cheese, topped with chopped fresh green onions.
