  An 8oz tender, boneless and skinless char-broiled breast
- 12 oz. Country Fried Steak
  
  Tender and juicy, topped with a country cream gravy.
- Chicken Liver 1/2 Lb
  
  Tender livers, seasoned and fried, severed with a side of country cream gravy for dipping.

Seafood

- Fantail Shrimp
  
  8 Shrimp, lightly breaded and deep fried, served with a zesty cocktail sauce
- Icelandic Cod Fillet
  
  An 8oz lightly breaded cod fillet served with tarter sauce
- Rainbow Trout
  
  A pan-fried, boneless fillet topped with toasted almonds and lemon
- Catfish Fillet
  
  A farm raised, tender and boneless fillet server with tarter sauce.
- 1/2 lb. Fried Shrimp
  
  Smaller shrimp, deep fried, served with a zesty cocktail sauce
- Jack Salmon
  
  Two jack salmon, lightly breaded and deep fried, served with tarter sauce

Traditional German Specialties
- Sauerbraten
  
  Beef marinated in red wine and spiced brine for seven days, served with two potato pancakes, red cabbage and applesauce
- Prime Roast of Pork Loin
  
  Two tender and juicy 10 oz. pork loins, roasted to perfection, served with parsley potatoes, applesauce and vegetable of the day
- Dreamland Platter
  
  A grilled bratwurst and steamed in beer knockwurst, served with sauerkraut, two potato pancakes, red cabbage and applesauce.
- Beef Rouladen
  
  Sliced beef rolled and filled with onion, smoked bacon and pickle, served with two potato pancakes, red cabbage and applesauce
- Schweinebraten
  
  Tender, sliced roast pork served with sauerkraut and mashed potatoes.
- Hasenpfeffer
  
  Braised rabbit, leg and thigh slowly cooked in a spiced red wine sauce served with spaetzels and red cabbage.
- Gekochte Schweineshaxe
  
  Boiled pork hock a very tender pork hock, slowly cooked, served with sauerkraut and mashed potatoes
- Gefullter Paprika
  
  Two stuffed peppers tasty green peppers filled with seasoned ground beef, served with mashed potatoes topped with a zesty tomato sauce
- Kasseler Rippchen
  
  Two smoked pork chops served with two potato pancakes steamed cabbage and applesause.
