The BBQ meats and poultry served by Dewey's BBQ Market does not need sauce. However, this family recipe, best served warm, compliments without overtaking the BBQ. We have seen many customers over the years enjoying the sauce by dipping their bread in it. It is that good! It is not sweet or spicy hot, though sweet and hot versions of our original sauce will be available soon.
Whole. 6-8 lbs., feeds 24 to 32. Our whole full deckle-on beef brisket is prepared from start to finish by smoking your selection over an open hard wood fire for at least 8 hours. After customers trim and slice this whole brisket, 6 - 8 lbs. of succulent, rich smoked flavored tender beef slices remain that 24 to 32 people will be able to enjoy. Comes with this whole brisket, customers who appreciate the taste of the brisket's crusty dark and crusty fat pieces can enjoy them as well.
Feeds 4 adults. Our cured bone-in hams are prepared from start to finish by cooking it over an open hickory wood fire for at least 8 hours. 1 lb. whole ham will feed approximately 4 adults. Juicy, tender and unlike any smoked hams sold in grocery stores.

The Texas style of serving pork is to slice it. Comes with flavor this rich and texture so tender there is no need to bake or boil.
4-6 lbs., feeds 16-24. Our pork butts are prepared from start to finish by smoking it over an open hickory wood fire for at least 8 hours. 10 - 12 lbs. approx., feeds 40-48. Our cured bone-in hams are prepared from start to finish by cooking it over an open hickory wood fire for at least 8 hours. This whole ham will yield between 10 to 12 lb. of meat feeding 40-48 people. Juicy, tender and unlike any smoked hams sold in grocery stores. If you use ham bones and skin for beans or soups, you will have the option of trimming and retaining as well.

Our turkeys are slow smoked over an open hickory wood fire for at least 8 hours. The turkey will yield between 4 to 6 lb. of turkey feeding 16-24 people. Juicy, tender and unlike any smoked turkey sold in grocery stores and other places. Price includes a pint of warming sauce. The warming sauce is derived from the turkey's own juices captured during the cooking process.
