Bali blue moon coffee is a rare and unique arabica specialty coffee produced by smallholding farmers in the fertile volcanic highland area at the heart of the colorful paradise island of Bali. Exotic, flavorful and aromatic, Bali blue is fully Indonesian in character but without being "earthy." full of ripe stone fruit and dutch chocolate tones, with a rich full body.

Huila is home to many small sustainable family farms. This coffee is grown among the rainforest in Colombia, giving it balanced floors of sweet citrus and grape.

Well-balanced with a sweet, nutty aroma, subtle hints of cinnamon, and rounded out by mild acidity and a clean finish.

The Sigri coffee estate is located in the Waghi Valley, a fertile region of the western highlands and Jikawa province of Papua new guinea. It is a part of the carpenter estates, a collection of three farms which span over 3000 hectares of coffee and tea. the 125-acre Sigri estate stands at 1,500 masl and uses precisely managed shade trees to promote even coffee ripening, improved quality, and diversified wildlife habitat. The estate and those nearby are home to some 90 various species of birds, resulting in being awarded "bird-friendly" status.
