Our corned beef is made using both simple, yet natural, ingredients. It is first salt cured, and then slow cooked in a brine made from the freshest vegetables and our special spice blend. Best served warm, our corned beef will take your sandwiches to the next level

Cured for 21 days with our special spice rub then cooked and smoked for 8 hours at very slow temperature, our pastrami is rich in flavor with just the right amounts of smokiness and spice.

Our naturally wood smoked turkey breast is fully cooked for 12 hours at a very low temperature. It is very juicy, tasty, lean, and healthy. Unlike most smoked turkey breasts, we do NOT use emulsified meat, rather a full turkey breast recognizable by the texture and the grain of the meat.
Veal shoulder, cured then slowly cooked for hours in brine rich in fresh vegetables, then lightly smoked with applewood chips. Lean and healthy yet rich in flavor, our smoked veal is made only from the freshest and most natural ingredients. Handmade using age old artisanal techniques and recipes from Spain, our dry chorizo is cured and dried in a climate controlled environment for 45 days to attain the perfect texture and flavor.
