All fare onboard the Romance is prepared to order from the freshest ingredients in our ship's gourmet galley. We strive to make your meal as wonderful as the rest of your trip. Your entrees are preceded by salad, rolls & butter, accompanied by vegetables, and followed by dessert.

  pork tenderloin marinated in soy sauce and brown sugar, then roasted and accompanied with a fire grilled pineapple salsa reduction.
- Eggplant Parmesan
  
  layers of lightly breaded eggplant and monterey jack cheese topped with california style marinara and freshly grated parmesan cheese
- Chef Carved Prime Rib
  
  roasted to your preference. served with a side of our horseradish sauce.
