Cold sake mixed with plum wine.
1.8 liters Using Mutsu-Homarerice of Aomori Prefecture and the clear spring water of Hachinohe, this outstanding, genuine dry sake is a masterpiece, made by the superior skills of the master brewer, Ito Masami. Marking +15 on the sake dryness scale, this sharp and ultra-dry sake clears the throat smoothly.
This sake is made from high-reined Saki No. 134 rice and examined with extreme scrutiny in order to select only the rice most suitable for brewing. With a pleasant taste, it makes the most of the fundamental deliciousness of Japanese sake.
Famous for its sake production, Fushimi, a town of Kyoto, is known as Fushi Mizu because of its clean and fresh water. This Junmai Dai Ginjo saki, bottled in an elegant and cute triangular bottle, is fermented with Fushimi quality water and rice polished at 50%.
