  A Farm-to-Table commitment can be a daunting task for a restaurant, but at Jaxson's Grill & Brewery, we strive every day to utilize the freshest product available here in the Heartland. Harvesting fresh herbs from our own Garden (donated by 'Triple J' Nurseries out on Henscratch Road), and using ground-fresh-daily Hamburger Meat from Hartzell's Meat Market right here in Lake Placid are just two examples of our pledge to support the local economy. And that Florida Alligator Tail - all we have to say is - fried or grilled - you won't be disappointed!

  A Hookiemelt is our signature appetizer only available at Jaxson's Bar and Grill.
