the t-bone is similar to the porterhouse's flavor, yet it's filet is smaller.

a very popular steak, mostly for the flavor, but also of it's name. this steak is aged at least 3 to 6 weeks for tenderness.

by far the most popular steak due to the size and definitely due to the rich flavor.
