Our pastries, cakes, scones, quiches, and cookies are all baked on site everyday!? For all our croissant pastries, we use a high-quality butter from Vermont ? that's what gives them that extra rich and butter character without being too sweet.? All our pastries have sugar, but just the right amount to give a sweetness that is not overpowering. All pastries use eggs, except Kouign Amann.? All pastries are vegetarian except Ham & Gruyere Croissant.? Our food is simple, wholesome and natural. We us many organic ingredients, including milk and eggs.

All our breads are handmade by us on site daily. Fresh! ? All our breads are made using traditional European baking methods and techniques, and the ?doughs are fermented between 12-24 hours. ? We don't use any preservatives, artificial ingredients, or conditioners. ? We sell our breads as a one-day shelf life, larger breads have 2-3 day shelf life, and even longer if they are used for toast. ? We suggest that baguettes should be consumed on the same day they are purchased. ? All of our breads are vegan EXCEPT brioche bread. ? We do not offer gluten-free bread at this time. ?
