This burrito is traditional from Cuidad Juarez, a city bordering El Paso, Texas. We use a thin 12" flour tortilla rolled with authentic Mexican chicken chorizo mixed with red pepper, green pepper, onion, pinto beans and cheese topped with roasted tomato sauce and served with shredded lettuce and pico de Gallo.
