The Original is our version of a traditional krautburger.

The American is the Original with American cheese added.

The Jack is the Original with Jalapeno Jack cheese added.

Our Bean & Noodle soup is another family tradition. It is ham based soup. We cream the broth then add pinto beans and our wide homemade noodles.

Our Green Bean Soup is a ham based soup. In addition to green beans, it has ham, dumplings, potatoes and the broth is creamed. This is an old family recipe that we all love. Tuesdays are always Green Bean soup day.

Our Chicken Noodle soup is made from homemade broth and noodles. Just that, Chicken Noodle soup. We make this soup every Wednesday in Loving Memory of my Aunt Shirl. This is her recipe and she gets all the credit for it!!!

Our Chili is as hearty of a chili you will find. We load it with fresh ground chuck, onion and an assortment of beans. Thursday is chili day.

Our Kouga is our version of a German coffee cake. We use our same bread dough with a fruit topping and a rival crumble on the very top. We make it in a variety of fruit flavors.

Our Carrot Cake is made from Grandma Schreibvogel's recipe. With walnuts and cream cheese frosting this cake is one of our best sellers.

Yes, we spell Cinnamon as Sinnamon. This was a suggestion from a customer after she said they were just sinful. We took her advice and use her spelling. Our Sinnamon Rolls are made with walnuts and raisins with a cream cheese maple glaze.

Our German Chocolate Brownies are delicious. They are full of nuts with a traditional pecan coconut frosting.
