      this is our traditional seafood only paella. Clams, mussels, scallops, prawns, calamari and while fish, then finished with roasted red bell pepper sauce and peas.

    • Paella Valenciana

      this is our combination shellfish and meat paella. Similar seafood mix as with our peella marinera- clam, mussed, scallop, prawn, calamari and white fish. Then we add chicken, pork and chorizo, and top it with roasted red bell pepper slices and a sprinkling of peas.

    • Paella Primavera

      no shellfish or meat. Our recipe comes from a small pueblo just outside of Madrid. Saffron rice with the tradition paella vegetables, then we add sliced zucchini and sprinkle few raisins to compliment the flavors.
