      Beef. The signature dish of the Chinchikurin chain in Hiroshima. A local favorite, it does not have pork or beans sprouts. Instead, it has a ground beef mix known as "shibouriyaki" which adds a deeper depth of flavor and texture. if you're not sure which okonomiyaki dish to choose, order this 1!

    • The Loaded Kaisen Okonomiyaki $21.00

      Pork. If seafood were to have a party, it would be inside of this dish. Squid, shrimp and green onions to create another popular okonomiyaki dish in Hiroshima.

    • The B&C Okonomiyaki $19.50

      Pork. The winner of "the best toppings" competition in Hiroshima, basil and cheese have become 1 of the most popular toppings for okonomiyaki. The intoxicating aroma of basil, cheese and okonomiyaki sauce are a trio that can't be denied. Just order it already! Monterey Jack and cheddar.

    • The Hiroshima Okonomiyaki $19.50

      Pork. If the classic is the equivalent of the American hamburger, then the Hiroshimajin is the equivalent of the cheeseburger. Known as 1 of the most popular dishes in Hiroshima, the dish includes ikaten (a popular food of Hiroshima, ikaten is flattened squid that is deep fried) inside of the okonomiyaki and is topped off with green onions.

    • GOAM Okonomiyaki $19.50

      Pork. Green onions and mayo (GOAM) is a favorite among the younger generation in Hiroshima. Green onions and Japanese mayo are perfectly torched to create a mouth-watering aroma that makes this dish highly addictive. Is it really that good? Try it and find out!

    • Broc'n Shrimp Okonomiyaki $20.00

      Pork. As 1 of the most favorite toppings (we even have a separate appetizer dish!) all of Japan, this dish is the classic topped with sauteed shrimp and broccoli, then drizzled with Japanese mayo.

      Pork. Squid lovers unite! This dish has a squid topping.

      Vegan style okonomiyaki that has no egg or meat and ramen noodles are replaced with udon noodles.

      Pork. Green onions and sriracha mayo (Spicy GOAM) is a favolate among the younger generation in Hiroshima. Green onion and Sriracha mayo and spicy oil and inside Jalapeno are perfectly touched to create a mouth-waterring aroma that makes this dish highly addictive. Spicy but super Good!! Try it and find out!

  • Hiroshima Style Tantanmen
    You can substitute beef for pork. How do you eat it? Mix it at list 30 times. Add additional sansho if needed. When done with all noodles, mix rice with the remaining sauce and ingredients for an additional charge.
    • Soupless Spicy Tan Tan Men $16.00

      Chinchikurin is bringing a whole new bowl of noodles to the table with this dish. Not to be confused with the spicy tantan ramen, the Hiroshima style TanTanMen is a soupless noodle dish that is slightly spicy and contains sansho. This dish contains a hearty portion of noodles topped with ground pork, negi, and a sprinkle of togarashi. The special Chinchikurin mixing broth contains a variety of oil and spices, including sansho. There is a Hiroshima custom in eating this dish. First, mix the various ingredients at least 30 times. Feel free to add additional sansho as needed to your preference, then scarf it all down! Once all the noodles are gone, add rice to the remaining mixture and enjoy the rest of remaining ingredients!
