This one stands out because of it's yellow mustard brine and sharp taste. It compliments any charcuterie board with cheese, veggies and salamis. You can marinate chicken with the brine or use it as a salad dressing with olive oil and cracked pepper. Pairings: beef, veggies, sweet foods, sharp cheese and salty meats.
