Rogue Valley Oregon, Medium bodied and exotic. Light in color with slight green hues. Apricot, honey, lime zest, tangerine, and gardenia on on nose and palate. Perfectly balanced with just a touch of sweetness but with plenty of acidity to balance it out for a clean, fresh finish.
Provence, France. Grenache, Cinsault, Rolle, Syrah. Light bodied. Light pink in color. Grapefruit, lemon, and apricot on the nose. More of those same fruits on the mouth with bright acidity, saline, and mineral on the cleansing finish
Lodi California, Light and dry. Very pale in color, highly aromatic with white peach and honeysuckle on the nose and mouth, plus nectarine, grapefruit, lemon zest on palate with some wet stone. Dry finish.,
Dry, pale in color, lots of green apple, honeysuckle, toasted brioche on nose. Delicate bubbles with meyer lemon, raspberries, honeydew, and floral notes. NIce acidity and dry finish with more floral notes.
Dry. Pale gold in color, aromas of peach, white flowers, a hint of vanilla and brioche on the nose. Fine bubbles with fresh fruit and honey on the mouth. Good acid with a long finish.
