Classic Italian Ciabatta. This rustic bread makes great sandwiches, buns, and table bread. Flour dusted, and misshapen, but it has a little bit of Julian in it.

8 years ago we started our bread program with a some white grapes from a local winery. We keep feeding the baby and she keeps giving us sourdough bread. Try a piece of Julian that isn't apple.
