Sirius Black is our Russian Imperial Stout in which we have added more complexity to this already complex beer by adding locally roasted Indian Monsooned Malabar coffee and licorice root to the beer. It has an intense roasted malt and coffee aroma with flavors of toffee and caramel as well as a slight alcoholic “heat” (12.6% alcohol). This vintage is a blend of 10 barrels aged for almost 2 years in Four Roses Bourbon Barrels.
