      Choice of roasted halibut, red king crab meat, or a combination; the filling also has steamed rice and a variety of fresh vegetables; served with grilled bread and fresh fruit. Half size is also available

    • VEGGIE OMELET

      As above, without the seafood, can have cheese. Half size is also available

    • BELGIAN WAFFLES

      Buttermilk waffles, served simply, with fresh fruit on the side, and butter and syrup at the table. Additional price for 2 Eggs. Substitute Maple Syrup for table syrup at additional price. GLUTEN FREE WAFFLES: Upon Request ($3 additional charge due to ingredient cost). Yes, we have a really delicious gluten free version of our waffles.

      Served with fresh fruit on the side. Seafood Omelet or Vegetable Omelet. Affectionately called the Womlet or the Wom in the Pingo kitchen.

      May vary each time Chef makes it from day to day or even person to person. For the adventurous diner. "Meat" version may contain meat and/or seafood. "Veggie" vegetable version is also available, and the veggie version can have cheese if you like..

    • PREFER OMIT RICE? SUBSITUTE MORE COLORFUL TASTY VEGETABLES, TINY DICED STYLE, IN OUR OMELETS

      Our omelets are made with steamed, certified gluten free Lundberg brown brown rice, a whole grain, vegan food. Still don't care for rice? Our new mixture of veggies, diced tiny, are a great way to get more veggies, and keep your omelet nice and plumply filled.

    • HOUSE MADE YOGURT PARFAIT WITH HOUSE MADE GRANOLA

      House made yogurt, house made granola (with almonds, sesame, sunflower seeds, oats and wheat germ and a little orange juice and agave syrup as sweeteners, no added fat in the granola) and fruit. We started out using frozen berries when we created this yogurt one summer, and the frozen berries turned out to be delicious any time of year, and keep the yogurt cool and refreshing as you eat it, so we kept it that way. Unsweetened further to eat as is, or sweeten to your liking. Sizes: Small (4 oz) Medium (6 oz), Large (9 oz), Extra Large (11-12 oz). Medium is the most popular size.

    • OUR BURRITO, BREAKFAST STYLE: CURRENTLY SMOKED PORK SHOULDER OR VEGGIE

      Breakfast Style: Smoked Pork Shoulder Or Veggie Burrito Our Burrito is stuffed with steamed brown rice, a handmade ranchero style bean mixture, 3 kinds of cheese, handmade salsa, sour cream, cilantro and cabbage shreds. Rolled into the largest whole wheat tortilla our money can buy. Typically offered with meat (usually smoked pork or roasted chicken) and or seafood. Also available as veggie, without any meat or seafood. At breakfast we also have a breakfast version of the burrito, with the above plus potatoes and egg.

    • BREAKFAST SANDWICH? OUR HANDMADE SAVORY CROISSANTS ARE EVEN BETTER THAN A BREAKFAST SANDWICH!

      HANDMADE HAM AND CHEESE OR SMOKED SALMON CROISSANTS: JUST ASK US TO COOK YOU SOME EGGS, TOO. Get our ham and cheese with spinach croissant or our smoked salmon and cream cheese croissant, and ask us to cook up two eggs to it, as you like them, and we can even add cheese onto your eggs. All for just a few bucks more than your selected croissant.

      We say mini, meaning each cookie is half the size of our regular cookies. Some say, Wow! All made up and ready to go: two half-sized chocolate chip cookies with vanilla ice cream sandwiched between them.

    • HOUSE VEGETABLE DELICIOUS SANDWICH

      (Shown before closing sandwich together.) Warm and gooey, seasoned sautéed mushrooms, melted cheese and just before serving we add fresh baby spinach leaves between 2 slices of grilled bread, one spread with harissa (a roasted red bell pepper spread), the other with a roasted eggplant-roasted garlic-cheese spread.       SIDE SALAD: Fresh produce, often with organics. Typically fresh baby spinach, zucchini or summer squash, shredded carrot, cabbage shreds and fresh tomato, with the dressing of your choice. Ask your server for dressing options. ENTREE SALAD: MEDITERRANEAN SALAD: twice the size of a size salad with similar vegetables, plus dill, kalamata olives, feta cheese, and the salad dressing is a greek yogurt vinaigrette dressing for this salad. This entree salad comes with toasted bread on the side. ENTREE SALAD: CAPRESE SALAD: greens, fresh veggies, fresh basil and fresh mozerella, tomato, house viniagrette dressing.       A decadent salmon pizza: our handmade crust layered with a variety of fresh vegetables and 3 kinds of cheese topped with salmon, capers, dill , artichoke heart pieces and even dollops of tartare sauce.

      features asparagus, blue cheese garnish (or feta cheese garnishinstead upon request), three cheeses, and seasonings, with toasty sunflower or pumpkin seeds depending upon which seeds are available to us.

    • CAULIFLOWER BASED PIZZA CRUST. AVAILABLE FOR ANY OF OUR PIZZAS: GLUTEN FREE/VEGAN $5.50

      Our other regular small batch handmade pizza crusts are vegan, this cauliflower based crust is vegan and gluten free. Larger than our other pizza doughs, a round crust, makes a pizza of 6 slices. ADD $5.50 to the cost of any pizza. PLEASE NOTE, THIS DOUGH HAS A BREADLIKE TEXTURE & IS NOT 100% CAULIFLOWER .

      Choose crab, halibut (or both), or broccoli, or the deluxe (both seafoods and broccoli too). Also available plain (no seafood or broccoli). Choose full size or half size portion. Child size is a half portion.

On Any Order: split plate charge & Paper Goods Charge $2. GLUTEN FREE selections? Toast easily can be omitted from the omelets, see Waffles note about Gluten Free Waffle, above. Sandwiches - ask for yours to be plated without the bread, when you're ordering. Dinner: it really just varies, ask Chef, who will know what is being served. Baked Goods - we do not make gluten free bread. However,as to other baked goods, ask Chef what we have today, because sometimes we have treats that are just naturally gluten free due to their ingredients.

    • PAPER GOODS CHARGE NOTE AND CAB ORDER NOTE

      PAPER GOODS CHARGE NOTE: please expect a 5% paper goods charge, or $1 per meal, as we deem fit depending upon the amount of packaging necessary. Thank you for your understanding. Cab Delivery orders will have a charge of 10 % a cost of the order for the time involved in cab orders. Additionally the cab orders require a $10 charge, for the cab company, to be paid by the customer via us or to the cab company driver directly.
