In Short
Set in dim lighting and dark wood tones, this alehouse boasts all the character of a classic Irish pub. Mustard-colored faux-finished walls and apothecary-style shelving units give off just the right feel. Engraved lettering adds Celtic character to the large mahogany bar, and a cobblestone outdoor patio completes the charming atmosphere. In contrast to other Vinings bar scenes, you'll find a wide mix of relaxed couples and singles intently engaged in their own conversations. The bar serves up to 10 beer selections on tap and shelves an impressive 20 brands of Scottish and Irish single-malt whiskey. If the pub's stellar collection of Irish spirits doesn't win you over, the food will. Food choices range from pub-typical chili cheese fries to a refined Irish smoked salmon. Try the melts-in-your-mouth Guinness battered fish-and-chips, served hot off the fryer with fries and a tangy house-made tartar sauce.
