the cold cubano or hot cubano. this sandwich is based on an authentic cuban sandwich. we mix mayo, mustard, lime juice, lime zest and cilantro for the spread on both faces of real authentic cuban bread, then layer on swiss cheese, sliced dill pickle, porchetta meat and top off with slices of ham. this is one fine tasting sandwich.

(starts july 15) this is our baby back rib sandwich plate.. this plate comes with 3 baby back ribs, 3 slices of white bread, lots of bbq sauce, choice of 2 sides and a drink thrown in. you can pay this much at a lot of places just for the sandwich in a bun. this deal is only offered on thursdays and saturdays. when we run out of these, we are out, call in or stop by early.
