Palomino is located near the Tabor Center and bills itself as a ''euro-bistro.'' The Copper River salmon--wrapped in bacon and served on a rich landslide of risotto, is a favorite, though only served a few times each year. Try the grilled chicken club, a classic taken a notch higher with basil and brie. Heavier fare includes seafood fettuccini with lobster sauce, and farfalle with Gorgonzola. For dessert, there's cobbler (fruit changes based on season).
