In Short
Massive beams, spurs and cowboy art belie this restaurant's predilection for all things sophisticated. Fine dining in Cave Creek has always been an oxymoron. Now chef-owner Eric Flatt has opened this rustic contemporary American right in the heart of town. There's crème fraîche-drizzled lobster bisque with an artichoke-filled beggar's purse. Fresh fish is flown in daily, and hard-core carnivores can choose from beef, elk, buffalo or fist-thick pork chops.
